Return & Exchange Policy

Zeneme provides a simple, clear, and hassle-free return and exchange experience. This policy applies to all orders (Full COD and Prepaid).


1. At the Time of Delivery

  • Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or tampered with.


2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • Genuine defective or damaged products due to company error are eligible for replacement or refund.

Note: For products the customer simply does not like, cash refunds and replacements will NOT be provided. Only store credits will be issued.


3. Options for Returns/Exchanges

A. Defective/Damaged Products

  • Replacement: Same product or an alternative item (subject to stock availability).

  • Refund: Customers can choose either:

    1. Bank transfer or original payment method (Paytm, Google Pay, NEFT, etc.)

    2. Store credit equivalent to the product value

B. “Didn’t Like It” Products

  • No cash refunds or replacements will be provided

  • Only store credits will be issued for future purchases


4. Return Process

  1. Log in to My Account on Zeneme.in

  2. Select the order and raise a return/exchange request

Pickup Instructions:

  • If reverse pick-up is available → Our courier will pick up the product within 2–3 business days.

  • If pick-up is unavailable → Self-ship to:

  • Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit

  • Quality check will be performed upon receipt; replacement or refund/store credit will be processed afterward


5. Refund Policy

  • For defective/damaged products, customers can choose cash refund or store credit

  • For products the customer does not like, only store credits will be issued
