Return & Exchange Policy
Zeneme provides a simple, clear, and hassle-free return and exchange experience. This policy applies to all orders (Full COD and Prepaid).
1. At the Time of Delivery

Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or tampered with.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Genuine defective or damaged products due to company error are eligible for replacement or refund.
Note: For products the customer simply does not like, cash refunds and replacements will NOT be provided. Only store credits will be issued.
3. Options for Returns/Exchanges
A. Defective/Damaged Products

Replacement: Same product or an alternative item (subject to stock availability).

Refund: Customers can choose either:

Bank transfer or original payment method (Paytm, Google Pay, NEFT, etc.)

Store credit equivalent to the product value

B. “Didn’t Like It” Products

No cash refunds or replacements will be provided

Only store credits will be issued for future purchases
