SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DISPATCH POLICY
1. Delivery Coverage
We provide PAN India delivery across all serviceable pin codes. Customers are requested to ensure that the correct shipping location is selected under the “Shipping To” option at the time of checkout.
We have partnered with reputed Indian logistics providers to ensure that all orders are handled with care and delivered safely and promptly.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable based on the delivery location, order weight, and value. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
3. Dispatch Timeline
All confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Our shipping partners ensure timely delivery; however, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available PAN India for all serviceable pin codes.

Full payment must be made at the time of delivery in cash or through other accepted payment modes as provided by the delivery partner.

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

The company reserves the right to disable COD service for specific locations or users based on past order history or logistical considerations.
5. Order Returns & Reshipment

If a COD order is returned undelivered, we will make one additional delivery attempt after reconfirmation with the customer.

If the order is returned undelivered a second time, it will not be re-shipped, and no refund shall be issued for such orders.

Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery will be treated as undelivered returns.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will not be applicable for orders that are returned undelivered more than once or for cancellations requested after dispatch.
Note: Any logistics, shipping, or delivery charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, or undelivered shipments.
